Technical Requirements and Privacy Policy
RhythmBee products are software (Adobe AIR native applications) that require:
A Mac or Windows based computer with at least 512K RAM.
Chromebook adaptable with modifications. Please search the internet to find the means of modification that you prefer. Because the modifications change the customer’s device, we do not make recommendations on this topic.
A means of displaying computer output to the class (projector, large monitor, big screen TV, etc.)
Customers are allowed to download our native application as instructed when they receive subscription access. Following a download/install, the internet is not necessary for running the instructional material.
Our Privacy Policy
The only data that we request is the teacher’s name, school, courses taught, and school district name.
We only receive data which teachers voluntarily share through email communication.
Our apps do not capture data of any kind.
Our website does not capture data when teachers peruse the site or download the app files.
We do not sell or share any customer data with anyone outside our company.
Customer email addresses are retained indefinitely.
There are no advertisements within our applications.
Our apps do not allow access to other apps.
We are 100% COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) because students are never referred to our website and we do not acquire student data of any kind.
Terms & conditions: All products are delivered electronically. Terms of the original user agreement will remain in force throughout the duration of any renewal subscription. Technical support is provided on request (at no cost) throughout the duration of the subscription. Money-back satisfaction guaranteed. No student data is required.
